All About Me

Education

I am a local Memphis native and graduated from Germantown High School. I went to Middle Tennessee State University and graduated with a degree in Early Childhood Education. I earned my Masters in Curriculum and Instruction Leadership at the University of Memphis.

                

Professional Experience

This will be my sixth year teaching at White Station Elementary! I taught first grade for four years and this will be my second year in the third grade. I will be the foundational skills (phonics and grammar) and writing teacher for third grade. I am so honored to be a part of the wonderful faculty of W.S.E. I completed my student teaching in Murfreesboro, TN and here in Memphis.  I was lucky enough to be placed at White Station Elementary for a portion of my student teaching placement and knew immediately that I wanted to call this school “home”. I look forward to many years of teaching to come!

All About Me

I am a huge Grizzlies fan and love to go to as many games as I can! I also love to read, cook, and exercise! I will spend as much time outside as possible! Coffee and mexican food are a few of my favorite things! :)
